Headteacher's Welcome

It is with great pride and excitement that I introduce myself as the new Headteacher of Broadgate Primary School. Having been a part of this wonderful school community for the past eight years as Deputy Headteacher, I feel incredibly privileged to now lead us into the next chapter.

At Broadgate, we are deeply committed to providing a nurturing and inspiring environment where every child can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. Our dedicated staff team works tirelessly to ensure that each child feels valued, supported and challenged to achieve their very best.

As Headteacher, my vision is to build on the strong foundations already in place, working closely with parents, carers and the wider community to ensure our school continues to thrive. Together, we can celebrate our children’s successes, embrace new opportunities and navigate challenges with resilience and determination.

I look forward to getting to know you all even better in the months ahead and strengthening the vital home-school partnership. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries or questions. We value your input and believe wholeheartedly in the power of collaboration.

Please use the links to browse our website. It contains everything we think you need to know about life at Broadgate.

Warmest regards,

Sarah Qualtrough.

    Book Fair - thank you!
Thank you to everyone who attended the Book Fair last week. We sold a MASSIVE £1226 of books! It was lovely to see so many children in our hall after school each night, enthusing about books and reading. Every purchase made provided a percentage for school, so we are extremely grateful for your generosity. As a result of all the new books that children now have at home, new titles will be heading to our school shelves shortly too. A HUGE thank you to Laura Brown, our parent volunteer, for all the time and energy she spent helping to organise this for us. Owing to its definite success, the Book Fair will be returning in November. Watch this space...
